Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your enrollment, subscription, or order with Shortcut Maths Coaching Institute (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the conditions that apply.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

• You may cancel your course enrollment by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the batch start date are eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
• Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the batch start date may attract a higher administrative charge.
• Once a batch has commenced, cancellation will be treated as a withdrawal, and refund eligibility will be decided based on attended classes and course progress.

2. Digital Product Orders

• Digital product orders (PDF books, study materials) cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed and the download link is generated.
• If you have not downloaded the product, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a case-by-case review.

3. Mock Test & Subscription Cancellation

• One-time mock test purchases cannot be cancelled once access is granted.
• Monthly or yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining period unless there is a service failure on our part.
• After cancellation, your subscription access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Trial Classes & Demo Sessions

• Free trial or demo classes can be cancelled or rescheduled by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed trial classes without prior intimation may not be rescheduled.

5. Batch Transfer Instead of Cancellation

Instead of cancelling, students may request a transfer to another upcoming batch, subject to seat availability and a small administrative fee. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the current batch start date.

7. Cancellation by Shortcut Maths

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or transfer to another batch.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
